1. Surcharges:

Food and seafood brought by guests (used at the restaurant): processing fee for steaming is 120,000 VND/kg and grilling is 150,000 VND/kg.

Beer/soft drink charge (flat rate): 200,000 VND/carton (used at the restaurant - includes ice and serving glasses).

2. Check-in and Check-out Policy:

Check-in time: 14:00 daily.

Check-out time: before 12:00 daily.

Early check-in before 7:00 AM: 100% room rate surcharge, including breakfast.

From 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM: 30% room rate surcharge.

After 10:00 AM: Free early check-in support.

Late check-out before 14:00: 30% room rate surcharge.

Late check-out from 14:00 to 17:00: 50% room rate surcharge.

Late check-out after 17:00: 100% room rate surcharge.
* Early check-in and late check-out must be confirmed in advance by the resort depending on room availability on that day.
3. Regulations upon check-in:

Please bring ID card, Citizen ID, passport or personal identification documents with photo and official stamp for check-in procedures.

Comply with swimming pool regulations and instructions from lifeguards.

Special note: "Guests commit that children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult when swimming in the sea or pool."

A surcharge will be applied when bringing food and drinks into the Resort.
NOTE: Important notices for guests:

Pets are not allowed in the Resort.

Do not bring cooking equipment into the Resort or use them without permission.

Use of portable speakers and organizing parties/eating/drinking in rooms and within the Resort premises is not allowed. If not complied with, a charge of 50% (based on room rate) will be applied.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and luggage. Please check carefully before check-out.

Buying, storing and using prohibited substances according to the law is strictly forbidden in rooms and within the Resort premises.
