    • Please pay a 50% room deposit to secure your reservation.
    • The resort will hold the room for the day while awaiting your completed payment.
    • If payment is not completed within the required period after booking, the resort will cancel the reservation and release the room for other guests.

    Deposit retention policy

    • Once a booking is confirmed, no refund or cancellation is permitted in any form, except in cases of natural disasters or epidemics.
    • For force majeure circumstances, please notify the resort at least 07 days in advance to discuss and agree on retaining the deposit.
