Cancellation within 10 days (for guests booking from 01 to 04 rooms) & within 14 days (for guests booking from 05 rooms or more) compared to the day of arrival: penalty fee equivalent to 50% of the total room charge and reservation services.
Cancellation within 05 days (for guests booking from 01 to 04 rooms) & within 08 days (for guests booking from 05 rooms or more) compared to the day of arrival: penalty fee equivalent to 100% of the total room charge and reservation services.
Early check-out (early check-out) & No-show (guests who do not arrive at the check-in date of booking): a penalty equal to 100% of the total room rate and services reservation.
In case of cancellation due to natural disasters, epidemics ... the two sides will negotiate and resolve.
